Gymnastics for Kids

Girls do 4 apparatus from Level 1 - 10: Floor, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Vault. From Level 4, girls will need grips for uneven bars.

Zanis offer the Zanis Champs program Level 1 – 6. Each gymnast is tested by the coach, using the Champs Manual to track their progress!

Gymnasts also compete in the GSA (Gymnastics South Africa) program, where they have the chance to compete.

Girls to compete Level 1 – 3 at Inter-District Competitions, and from Level 4, they compete at Provincials and Nationals.
