Artistic Gymnastics for Boys

Boys to compete at Inter-District Competitions, Provincials and Nationals.

We offer the Zanis Champs program Level 1 � 6. Each gymnast is tested by the coach, using the Champs Manual to track their progress!

Gymnasts compete in the GSA (Gymnastics South Africa) programme.

Boys do Floor, Bar, Parallel Bars, Vault, Rings�and Pommel. Boys need grips for high bars and rings.

About Zanis

Zanis Gymnastics Academy was founded by Zani Prinsloo in 1991. The Zanis Programme was compiled by Zani herself after intense studies in Human Movement Science, as well as her Honores in Sports Psychology at the University of Pretoria. Zani compiled her programme according to international standards, combining it with years of coaching experience as well as being a gymnast herself from the age of three.
